A little bit about Cowboy's Caviar beef jerky

Cowboy's Caviar has been supplying jerky fans with our incredible soft chew beef jerky since 1998.  We are a locally owned and operated small family business located near the City of Moose Jaw. Our line up of products are proudly made with 100% Canadian Beef, Pork, and Bison. It is all produced right here in Saskatchewan. We take great satisfaction in doing our part to support Canadian farmers over the years.

Cowboy's Caviar beef jerky is available in 5 flavour options you can choose from. First off, we are happy to present our unique flavour called Cowboy's Candy. Don't let the name throw you off, it is not as sweet as you may think. It has just the right amount of sweet with a little bit of pepper added for the perfect balance of deliciousness. Cowboy's Candy was created by the Cowboy himself and it is the flavour that started it all. It has been said that Cowboy's Candy is like heaven in a bag.

 

More tasty choice options of Cowboy's Caviar beef jerky are Original, Teriyaki, Hot 'N Sweet and Peppered. Available in two convenient package sizes, 80g and 170g, we like to think there is something for everyone. 

 

In addition to our soft chew beef jerky bites, we are pleased to share our tasty beef jerky strips as a part of our Cowboy's Caviar list of products.  The jerky strips are available for sale throughout all of Canada and come in the flavours you already know and love........ Cowboy's Candy, Original, Teriyaki, Hot 'N Sweet, and Peppered.

For our Saskatchewan consumers we have added Cowboy's Stix pepperoni in 3 tasty flavours Original, Honey Garlic, and Smok'n Bacon. We think they are delish! The latest addition to our growing list of items to choose from would be the Bison jerky strips. For now these products are only available in Saskatchewan but we are working toward making them available to the rest of Canada, we will keep you posted.
